Fullerton College Library
Semester Laptop and WiFi Hotspot Lending Program
Students can borrow laptops (with charger) and WiFi hotspots from the library to support their remote and in-person course work. Laptops and WiFi hotpsots can be borrowed for one semester at a time from the library Circulation Desk on the first floor. Please bring a valid student ID with proof of enrollment for the current semester at the time of loan.
Starting Spring Semester (2026), students must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 units to particpate in the program.
Laptop and WiFi hotspot loans are free of charge as long as they are returned to the library at the end of the semester in good shape. Students will be required to complete a Loan Agreement in-person certifying that they are responsible for any loss or damages and will use the laptop and WiFi hotspots in accordance with NOCCCD Board Policies and Procedures.
Because data will be wiped from the laptops at the time of return, students are strongly encouraged to store their data on removable devices, such as flash drives, or cloud storage services, such as One Drive. Flash drives are available at the library for a 2 hour loan with a valid Fullerton College ID. Students and faculty can use One Drive for free, provided by Academic Computing Technologies at Fullerton College Office 365.
Fullerton College Academic Computing Technologies is available for technical support in room 517. If the device malfunctions, the student may return it to the Fullerton College Library for a replacement at no cost to the student.
