Fullerton College/CSU Fullerton Pollak Library Reciprocal Borrowing Privileges
Fullerton College students may check out books from Pollak Library at California State University, Fullerton.
Eligibility
- FC students must come to the circulation desk on the first floor of Fullerton College Library with their FC ID card to sign a letter of eligibility.
- Both the FC ID card and the letter must be presented at the CSUF Pollak Library.
- The borrowing privileges are valid for one semester and may be renewed.
Borrowing
- Borrowers will be subject to rules, restrictions and regulations of CSUF Pollak Library.
- FC borrowers can have up to 5 items checked out for 4 weeks.
- Borrowers can renew items for another 4 weeks if there are no holds on them.
- Borrowers are expected to return items in their original condition.
- Borrowers must return items that have been recalled by the recall date.
Fines/Fees
As part of the reciprocal borrowing agreement, each library agrees to intervene on behalf of the other library to retrieve overdue books and unpaid fines.
- Replacement costs, overdue fines and fees for CSUF materials are determined by Pollak Library.
- Borrowing privileges may be revoked at any time for abuse of privileges.
- The following may occur for delinquent borrower accounts:
- A block on the FC account will be placed which will prohibit activity such as registering for classes, dropping classes, and requesting transcripts.
