Banned Books Essay Contest

Sponsored in conjunction with Banned Books Week, our goal is to bring awareness to books that have throughout the course of history, been banned, censored, challenged, or expurgated by local, state and national governments.

First prize - $200. Second prize - $100. Third prize - $50.

Design-a-Bookmark Art Contest

The Fullerton College Library needs new bookmarks to promote our library to its students and beyond! Please help us out by
designing one!

Leisure Reading Group

The FC Leisure Reading Book Group promotes leisure reading through informal monthly get-togethers. Over light snacks, members discuss a book chosen by the group.

Each participant will receive a free copy of the book through the generosity of the Friends of the Library.

Spanish Reading Group

Do you want to try reading books in Spanish? Does speaking your mind in Spanish feel good? Want to have discussion with like-minded people in Spanish? Want to discuss ideas—in Spanish? Then this group is for you! Come to our information meeting and see what we have in store.
