Instructors are encouraged to request an instruction session for specific
classes. Send us your research assignment, and a librarian will design
a special instruction session to support the specific needs of your students.
By way of a library tour and/or instruction session, students will acquaint
themselves not only with the physical layout but also the varied resources
available to them. This is an important first step in overcoming any
anxiety which may be associated with library research. Request your library
instruction session by selecting the link below.
The Basic Library Instruction Session "How
to Prepare a Works Cited Using MLA," can also be scheduled
for a specific class. All instruction sessions must be scheduled one
week in advance. Instructors should call the Library Administrative
Assistant at 992-7061 to arrange a session, or stop by the Library
to fill out the Instruction Session Request
form (Online
version requires Adobe AcrobatReader.)
